Shipping
- Lock and Load Transport offers flat rate shipping on most purchases within Australia.
- Orders are sent through Australia Post within Australia, or by courier for overseas deliveries.
- Delivery time is usually 2–6 days depending on your location.
- All shipments require a signature.
– If you have an Australia Post account, you can update your settings to allow Authority to Leave.
– If you do not enable this setting, or you do not have an Australia Post account, and you are not home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office.
- Create an Australia Post account to get live updates. When you use the email or mobile number linked to your account, you will receive real-time tracking alerts.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
– Tracking is supplied for every order.
– For lost items, you must lodge a claim with Australia Post.
- Items returned due to an incorrect address may incur a shipping fee for a second delivery attempt. Customers will be notified before the charge is applied.
Return/Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lock and Load Transport Australia. If the product you have purchased is faulty you may return it at any time to Lock and Load Returns 56 Holloway Drive Bayswater VIC 3153. You are responsible for the cost to return your item.
Please ensure you have a copy of your receipt, and an explanation as to why you believe the item is faulty. All faulty items will be replaced and sent to you free of charge within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
If we are unable to replace your item we will fully refund the total cost of your purchase to you. Please ensure you provide full purchase details including contact details.
If you simply change your mind and no longer want your purchase, you may return it to us providing it is unused, and in its original packaging. We will not refund unwanted items, but we will offer an exchange on a different item providing your receipt is attached.
