Lock and Load Transport provides cheap flat rate shipping on most purchases within Australia.
Delivery method will be via Australia Post within Australia, and/or a courier company for overseas deliveries. Delivery time-frame is 2-6 days depending on location.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We provide full tracking information so for any lost items you must lodge a claim with Australia Post directly. We will not replace lost or damaged items.
Any items returned due to incorrect addresses may attract a shipping fee to cover 2nd attempt delivery. Customers will be notified accordingly.
Return/Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lock and Load Transport Australia. If the product you have purchased is faulty you may return it at any time to Lock and Load Returns 56 Holloway Drive Bayswater VIC 3153. You are responsible for the cost to return your item.
Please ensure you have a copy of your receipt, and an explanation as to why you believe the item is faulty. All faulty items will be replaced and sent to you free of charge within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
If we are unable to replace your item we will fully refund the total cost of your purchase to you. Please ensure you provide full purchase details including contact details.
If you simply change your mind and no longer want your purchase, you may return it to us providing it is unused, and in its original packaging. We will not refund unwanted items, but we will offer an exchange on a different item providing your receipt is attached.
