TRACK ORDER
When we complete your order an email is sent with tracking details. All items are sent via Australia Post. Large items or bulk orders are sent via TNT.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We provide full tracking information so for any lost items you must lodge a claim with Australia Post directly. We will not replace lost or damaged items.
Please note due to weight restrictions some items are sent in 2 parcels. You will only be sent a tracking number for one, but rest assured we keep a record of them both.
