Lock and Load Transport Australia complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Defective Items
If a product you have purchased is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Please include a clear explanation of the fault when returning your item.
Once received, the returned item will be inspected. If the item is confirmed to be faulty:
- The item will be repaired or replaced where possible at no additional cost, or
- If a repair or replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following assessment.
Items Not Considered Faulty
Items will not be considered faulty if damage or failure results from:
- Incorrect installation or use
- Normal wear and tear
- Modification or alteration
- External damage or misuse
Change of Mind Returns
Lock and Load Transport does not guarantee refunds for change of mind purchases. Any refund or exchange offered for a change of mind is provided at our discretion and subject to assessment.
Where approved, change of mind returns are generally eligible for exchange only, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is supplied
Return shipping costs for change of mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
