Shipping policy

Lock and Load Transport offers flat-rate shipping on most purchases within Australia, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Services

  • Australia: Orders are shipped via Australia Post and/or an alternative carrier where required.
  • International: Overseas orders are shipped via courier services. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery within Australia typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or public holidays.

Signature on Delivery

  • Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are sent with signature required.
  • Customers with an Australia Post account may update delivery preferences, including enabling “Authority to Leave”, directly with Australia Post.
  • If “Authority to Leave” is not enabled or available, and no one is present to sign for delivery, parcels may be taken to the local Post Office for collection in accordance with Australia Post procedures.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided for all orders where available.
Customers are encouraged to create an Australia Post account to receive real-time tracking updates when the email address or mobile number used at checkout matches their Australia Post account details.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been accepted by the carrier. While orders are packed with care, Lock and Load Transport is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit.

  • Tracking is supplied for every order where available.
  • For lost or damaged items, customers may be required to lodge a claim directly with Australia Post or the relevant carrier. We can assist by providing supporting documentation where reasonably possible.

Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.
Items returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur an additional shipping fee for re-delivery. Customers will be notified before any re-dispatch and before any additional charges are applied.
