1. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone who purchases a pair of retractable ratchet straps from our website up until the end of the current month. Employees of the company, their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period: The competition begins on the first day of the current month and ends on the last day of the same month at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: Entrants will automatically be entered into the draw upon the purchase of a pair of retractable ratchet straps within the competition period. They must be purchased at lockandloadtransport.com.au. No additional entry steps are required.
4. Prizes: The total value of the prizes on offer is over $1,000. Prizes are as described and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
5. Draw and Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted on Monday, 3rd of June. The draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the selected winner.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email or direct message on Facebook/Instagram within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Promotion: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram bear no responsibility for this promotion and entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability whatsoever.
8. Compliance: Entrants agree to comply with Facebook’s and Instagram's terms of service and any other applicable regulations.
9. Privacy: By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their names, likeness, and/or voices for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Changes: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
